The best thing that could happen to a mom happened yesterday. My daughter, Jordyn, accepted Jesus into her heart. She is 6 years old and has a life filled with Jesus ahead of her. She kept asking me last night about if she messed up on accident and sinned would she still have Jesus in her heart. I told her she will always have Jesus in her heart no matter what she did. She looked at me and said, “wow, that’s incredible, Mom”. Yes, it is. As always there’s humor in every conversation at my house with a three year old child’s view. As my son, Jaden, was listening to us talk last night he proceeded to say, “when I get Jesus in my tummy I get to take baptised”. Then my husband just informed me this morning with a text that he said “you can get Jesus in your legs too, Daddy”. Jesus is truly everywhere. Yea God! Thank you for saving my little girl.

Wow! That is great. I’m pleased to see that she sees the connection of turning away from sin and chosing Jesus. Praise the Lord and pray for more adults and children to follow suit.

That’s truely amazing. It is one of the greatest things as a parent to see your child overcome this milestone in their life. I am so excited for you and pray God’s blessings on Jordyn and her new walk with Christ.
As a parent that has had the joy of watching his children accept Christ, I feel your joy.
Now you have the excietment of watching them bring their friends to accept Christ.
It’s nice when good things happen…to deserving people.
Sherry you will quite possibly never know how many people you have effected in a good way…but I can only say “thank you” for me!
WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!!!! We are SO thrilled for Jordyn and for the Moorhead house! It’s really so affirming to me because I have always seen Jesus in Jordyn! She has a sweet spirit and a tender heart. I know that the angels in heaven are having a LARGE celebration!

And I absolutely LOVE Jaden’s perspective- wow, how cool… Jesus in your tummy and your legs! That kid is going to be busy doing GREAT things for Jesus one day!!!
Sherri & Jason….way to go for doing EXACTLY what God has called you to do as parents…lead your children to the feet of Jesus and teach them WHO He is! I am sure that part of that angel celebration is about your obedience and the ministry in your own home!!!
It sure is one of the greatest gifts in the world to witness… when one of your children gets Jesus in their heart or their tummy or their legs!!!

What a joy to read about your daughter!!! I am so happy to know that she’ll join us in Heaven one day!!! My nephew is 7 and he accepted Christ last year. My niece, the same, a few years ago.

i love the fact that everytime Jordyn sees me she looks at me and asks, “did i tell you what i did sunday?” and then she smiles really big. your precious daughter is so excited and i love the smile that has been on your face also–and i’m sure it’s on jason’s! praise God! Yay!!!
